Weitberg Inc.
Bug reports are genuinely welcome. To help us track something down quickly, include whatever of the following you can:
How do I play?
You place pieces on the board to build a chain reaction that sets off every bomb. Tap Guide during a puzzle at any time to reopen the in-game walkthrough of the pieces and how they interact.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. You Go Boom works entirely offline and never makes network requests.
Does my progress sync between my iPhone and iPad?
No. There is no account and no cloud sync. Your progress, streaks, and settings are stored only on the device you played on, so each device keeps its own separate progress.
I deleted the app and lost my progress. Can it be restored?
Unfortunately not. Because everything is stored locally on your device and nothing is sent to a server, deleting the app permanently erases your progress and streak history. There is no copy for us to restore from.
How does the Daily Puzzle work?
Everyone in the world gets the same Daily Puzzle, and a new one arrives at midnight in your device's local time zone. Difficulty ramps across the week, with easier puzzles early on and harder ones toward the weekend.
Can I replay a puzzle I have already solved?
No. Select a level you have beaten and you can view your saved solution or generate a fresh puzzle at that difficulty level.
How do I start my level progress over?
Tap Reset Levels on the Challenge Mode or Beginner Mode level-select screen. This clears your progress for that mode. Your Daily Puzzle streak is kept separately and is not affected.
How do I turn the sound off?
Tap the mute button in the top corner of any menu or puzzle screen. Your choice is remembered the next time you open the app.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No. You Go Boom is a one-time purchase with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no paid hints. Everything in the game is included.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes. Beginner Mode was designed with a six-year-old as its first player. The game collects no personal information and contains no ads or outside links.
You Go Boom collects no personal information of any kind. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
